Here is a final shot of the Zombie makeup demo I did for my class at Cosmix in Ft. Lauderdale. Dustin, our photographer, is a mad genius. You Rock Man! Brandi, the victim was a great sport about the whole thing and really liked getting into character. I want to thank everybody at Cosmix for allowing me to teach there and the opportunity to have so much fun with this demo. I look forward to coming back.

I have been asked by many, “Why do you watch American Idol?” I didn’t for a long time. I tuned in this season to catch a glimpse of the new judges and see the over all format. The next thing I knew, I was watching it again. What drew me to it was something I didn’t expect. Steven Tyler. Even though he is a rock legend, he has gotten me to see him in a different light. Not only is he very funny and candid, he is no snob to his success. We all know that the judges have security right off camera in case someone gets a little squirrely but Steven Tyler has opened himself to so many contestants by breaking that boundary of the judging table. He has initialed so many interactions with these people that respect and admire him and he has given back. I have seen fans get hugs, pinch his butt, and get kisses. All done with sincerity and all in good fun and honesty. I watch the show for what he may do next. I don’t know,…rock star or comedian? Either way, he’s entertaining as hell. He is a great example of success not going to ones head. Thanks Steven. I look forward to watching again.
As I was watching American Idol Wednesday January 25th, I caught the Bright House Networks commercial (Cat Sitter) I did in late December. I talked to my mother the other day and she said that she saw it in Indiana. How fun if that? Pay particular attention to the last scene in the Dr.’s office. Thanks to all that I worked with. Joey, it was a pleasure and Billy, we still need to talk about good health. I hope to work with all again.

2011 served to be a year of much growth and development for me. I have had the pleasure of being apart of many different projects and productions that have not only had me grow as a artist but gave me the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing and talented individuals. From projects all around the country to all over the world, from doing large scale productions to one day commercial shoots, every project is a challenge and pleasure. One of my most rewarding seasonal events is putting together our annual Halloween gathering that we host every year at Adobe Gila’s in Pointe Orlando off International Drive in Orlando Florida. This year, my wife and I went as wolves and my team of amazing artists helped to create applications for ten other fun and exciting makeups that were highlighted at the event and downtown Orlando. I am already in full swing and gearing up for Halloween 2012. As things unfold, I will post updates here and on facebook. As always, we will be coming up with new and different creations for Morphstore.com so keep checking there often. 2012 is already looking to be a busy time with conventions, productions and the like. Well, another season has come and gone and all the craziness and chaos has settled down. Or so I thought. It seems that slowing down will have to wait for another time.
